Pathways provides evidence-based justice services and program support for courts, municipalities, agencies, and community partners across rural Colorado. Our services include court-connected case management, individualized service planning, cognitive-behavioral programming, restorative justice support, and consulting for local justice initiatives.
Through Pathways Services LLC, we deliver practical, participant-centered services that support stability, accountability, and long-term success. Through The Pathways Project, we also assist jurisdictions seeking to develop or strengthen evidence-based Pretrial Services rooted in local needs and best practices.
Group Facilitation
Cognitive Behavioral group programming designed to reduce recidivism, strengthen decision-making, and address behavior patterns connected to justice involvement and long-term instability.
Case Management
Court-connected case management with individualized service plans that help participants address barriers, connect to services, meet expectations, and make measurable progress.
Consulting
Program development for courts, municipalities, and justice partners building or strengthening municipal court initiatives, outreach court models, Pretrial Services, policies, workflows, and referral pathways.
