The Vision Behind Pathways

Pathways was created from the belief that rural communities deserve practical, responsive services that meet people where they are and address real local needs. Our name reflects the work itself: helping individuals, families, organizations, and communities identify workable pathways toward greater stability, well-being, and long-term success.
Through Pathways Services LLC and The Pathways Project, we are able to address both individual needs and broader community gaps. Pathways Services provides behavioral health services, case management, groups, community-based support, and consulting. The Pathways Project, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, works to expand access to effective behavioral health, justice, and community-based services across rural Colorado through partnerships and program development.
Together, these organizations share one vision: building stronger pathways forward for people and the communities they call home.

Meet the Founder
Leigh Anne Suppes
Founder & CEO, Pathways Services LLC
Executive Director, The Pathways Project
Leigh Anne Suppes founded Pathways to create practical, community-based services that respond to the needs of individuals and rural communities. Her work is shaped by experience in behavioral health support, case management, program development, and justice-system services, with a particular focus on building programs that are accessible, effective, and workable in rural settings.
Her professional background includes developing and managing Pretrial Services, Adult and Juvenile Diversion, court-connected case management, grant-funded programming, policy implementation, and cross-system collaboration. That experience has given her a strong understanding of both individual needs and the larger systems that affect access to care, stability, and long-term outcomes.
Through Pathways, Leigh Anne brings together practical support, behavioral health services, program development, and community partnerships to help people move forward while strengthening the systems and services available in rural Colorado.
