Community Support specialist

This position provides direct case management, support and resource navigation for individuals working toward stability, accountability, and connection to services. The role supports clients in navigating barriers related to housing, employment, behavioral health, recovery, court involvement, and other needs that impact long-term success. This role will also facilitate or co-facilitate group programming.
